About me

Hi, I'm Gina! I'm a licensed therapist and coach. I started my own private practice 1.5 years ago, initially envisioning it as just a side hustle. We've since grown to a group practice that includes my wonderful co-owner. At the time that this was written, we brought in enough referrals to support a team of 10 therapists and only spent about 10 minutes on marketing throughout the month. My passion lies in helping mental health professionals grow and improve their practices. I also work with therapists who are stepping into private practice for the first time, guiding them through the process. My coaching style is similar to my therapeutic approach: client-centered, no-bullshit, and includes homework. I'm also great at supporting ADHDers with their "brain dumps" in coaching sessions. I'm dedicated to empowering therapists to achieve their professional goals and build successful, fulfilling practices.

Frequently asked questions

You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers!

How/where did you learn everything about practice management?

The strategies that I use come from a combination of trainings, shared knowledge [from other professionals], and A LOT of my own trial and error.

How do I know if your products or services are right for me?

Try them out! Start with my free resources and see if they work. If they do, keep using them!

So, are you a therapist or a coach?

This is a very important distinction in the mental health world, and the answer is nuanced. In my private practice, I'm a therapist. I still maintain a caseload of clients, and I support other therapists in my group with their caseload management and marketing. Here, I operate as a coach and consultant. That means that I don't get to act in my role as a therapist, and I'll refer you out if you're looking for therapy.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Another very important question! Coaching focuses on helping you achieve specific goals and improve your professional skills through practical advice and strategies. Therapy, on the other hand, addresses emotional and psychological issues, aiming to heal and resolve personal challenges. As a therapist, I operate ONLY in WA, NV, and CO. As a coach, I'm able to support you wherever you and your practice are located.

I'm still not sure if you can help me. What should I do?

Reach out to me! I'd love to hear about your goals, and am happy to answer nay questions that you might have. You can also book a free 15-minute discovery call with me by clicking the link for "coaching."
